emotional-wellbeing plan: what you will work on, how we will monitor, what tools you’ll use (mindfulness, cognitive shifts, behaviour routines).

  • We include family/contextual work when needed: sometimes the issues aren’t just personal but relational; we bring in family-friendly steps so the system around you helps.

  • Ongoing check-ins & adjustments: emotional wellbeing isn’t static. We revisit, refine, adapt your plan as you grow and your context changes.
