Our Psychological Edge Most soft skills programs teach “what” to do. We teach “when”
and “how” based on cognitive readiness. Our curriculum is mapped to Jean Piaget’s
Stages of Cognitive Development, ensuring that every skill taught—from basic empathy

Multi-Level Curriculum
Level 1: The Foundation (Ages 3–6)

• Modules: Public speaking confidence, the STAR method for interviews, social stress
management, and digital etiquette.

Level 4: Executive Mastery (Ages 18+ & Professionals)
Focus: Peak Executive Function
• Key Outcome: High-Stakes Leadership.
• Modules: The Design Thinking Process (Empathize to Test), SBI Feedback Model,
Ethical Office Politics, and Cross-Cultural Global Leadership.
