1. General Policy

At Cambridge Centre for Life Skills, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent payment process for all our clients and participants. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments, refunds, and cancellations for all our services, including:

  • Psychometric Assessments & Career Guidance Programs
  • Soft Skills Training & Workshops
  • Parental Support and Counselling Sessions

By proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Payment Terms

  • All payments are to be made online through Razorpay or other approved payment modes mentioned on our official communication channels.
  • Payment is considered complete only after successful transaction confirmation from Razorpay.
  • Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of any assessment, session, or training program unless an instalment plan has been specifically approved.
  • Any applicable taxes (GST or others) will be included at the time of billing.

3. Instalment Payments (if applicable)

  • For select long-term programs, instalment options may be provided.
  • Participants are required to pay each instalment on or before the due date.
  • Delay or non-payment may result in temporary suspension of access to ongoing sessions or assessments until dues are cleared.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our services involve personalized assessments, expert sessions, and resource allocation, the following refund rules apply:

a. Psychometric Assessments & Career Guidance

  • Once an assessment link or session slot is shared, the fee is non-refundable.
  • If a session is rescheduled due to a genuine reason (medical emergency, technical issue), we will offer one rescheduling at no extra cost.

b. Soft Skills Training / Workshops

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before the start date → 75% refund of the total fee.
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of start dateNo refund.
  • If the program is cancelled by Cambridge Centre for Life Skills, participants will receive a 100% refund or may opt for a credit transfer to a future batch.

c. Parental Support / Counselling Sessions

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session → rescheduling allowed without charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows → session will be considered availed, and no refund will be issued.

5. Transaction & Payment Gateway Charges

  • All payments processed via Razorpay are subject to gateway transaction fees as per Razorpay policy.
  • In case of refunds, these gateway charges are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Delays, if any, may depend on the bank or payment provider’s processing time.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any payment-related disputes must be reported to us at
    info@cambridgesoftskills.in within 7 days of the transaction.
  • All disputes will be addressed in accordance with our internal grievance redressal process and Razorpay’s dispute management framework.
